We source the majority of our plants from local farms, pay local workers livable wages to keep our communities strong, and buy carbon offsets for our vehicles and machines. We use only organic products.

Our sustainable designs are able to succeed year after year without spraying chemicals or relying on long term irrigation.

EcoLandscapes was founded by Dan Cleary in 2006 to provide Philadelphians a source for sustainable landscape design. Dan began his horticulture journey young, with his first job in middle school working for a friend of the family at her garden business. His passion for design took off, and at 15 years old he created his first garden design. Over the years he has continually worked to improve his craft and received a degree in Sustainable Landscape Horticulture from the University of Vermont.

Each year the company grows due to its staff, who mix competence and talent to create a top notch experience for our customers. Whether you work with Dan or Niki (B.S. Phila.
